All folders can be searched easily by using Mediabox-PA’s filtering feature. If users are unsure which folder the project is in, the Advanced Search folder is the fastest way to search if you are unsure which folder to search. Specific search filters may differ depending on the user’s role or Group assignment and the Project Status folder that is open.
To use the search filter
Select a folder to search from the Project Status folder tree.
At the top of the Project List pane, click Filters and select Filters ON from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter search terms in any of the available search fields and press Enter to filter search results.
In retrospect if you need to reset your filters in your list select reset to default settings option to start over.
