Licensors can request Sample Tracking details in the Approvals process at certain stages of development. You will be prompted to enter the tracking information in order to add your new submission.
In the Add Submission screen enter the below information
1. Submission Notes
2. Enter quantity of samples being shipped
Enter Date shipped
Select Carrier
Enter Tracking Number
3. Select file(s) and click Upload
Click Add Submission to move your project to Submissions for Licensor
NOTE: If you do not have samples/tracking details - please indicate in your submission notes and input data in the required fields (i.e. n/a) and enter Number Shipped as "1".
