mBox has keyboard shortcuts for navigating the app, managing your Inbox, working with the Knowledge Base, and more. On Mac, cmd refers to ⌘. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl instead.

⚡ Quick math: Every keyboard shortcut saves roughly 2 seconds compared to reaching for the mouse. If you review 50 submissions a day and use just 5 shortcuts per submission, that's over 8 minutes back in your day — or about 30 hours a year. Enough time to review another 250 submissions, or just enjoy your coffee while it's still hot.

Shortcuts don't fire while you're typing in a text field, except where noted.
